When planning a trip to the US Virgin Islands, GoToStCroix.com is the first site that invariably pops up in search engines. The beauty of the web site having been around for 10 years was also its problem – it was 10 year-old web site that got tons of traffic on a crumbling digital infrastructure. While visitors were using it more than ever, search engines were beginning to penalize it for not being up to modern standards.

We were asked to stabilize a well established, 700-page advertising, blogging, and informational directory platform within a new server environment, while creating a modern version of it, and refreshing the GoToStCroix brand at the same time.

The result is a fresh, fast, and informative travel destination web site that continues to be one of the biggest and best in the Virgin Islands, along with a revitalized brand that local advertisers and travelers continue to trust.
